UN SOUFFLE D’HARMATTAN’s aim is to develop an optimal quality of life for the inhabitants of the Thiès region in Senegal. They study, counsel, implement and manage the creation and development of social, medical, educational, cultural and environmental activities. The selected projects should run and finance themselves according to the philosophy which states: “It is better to teach them to fish than to give those fish”.

UN SOUFFLE D’HARMATTAN received 14,900 Euros for the construction of a multipurpose building in Ballabougou, Senegal.

UN SOUFFLE D’HARMATTAN a pour objectif de développer la qualité de vie des habitants de Thiès au Sénégal. Ils étudient, conseillent, implantent et gèrent la création et le développement d’activités sociales, médicales, éducatives, culturelles et environnementales. Les projets sélectionnés doivent fonctionner et s’auto financer suivant le principe : « Il vaut mieux leur apprendre à pêcher que de leur donner du poisson. »
